Back in June, when Al Gore surpassed the milestone of 1,000,000 followers on Twitter, GORE LIED noted the inconvenient truth that the self-serving Al Gore was only following eight other Twitters – seven companies and organizations controlled by Al Gore, and President Obama.
These days Al Gore is over 1.5 million Twitter followers. So, when I noticed that Gore’s number of Twitterers he was following had actually gone up by one whole digit, I thought to myself, “Self? Could Al Gore actually have found enough compassion in his heart to actually click on the “Follow” button of just one of his 1.5 million followers who so eagerly and earnestly follow him?”
Of course not. The new Twitterer Al Gore is following is VideoSurf. Who’s Video Surf? Well, according to cnet:

That’s right folks, Al Gore is following another company that he has a financial stake in. While 1,539,192 people follow Al Gore (at press time), other than his own entities that he has a financial stake in, Al Gore only has time to follow President Obama.
If I were one of those 1,539,192 followers of Al Gore, I’d cancel my subscription.
